Alex Ray, CCM

SSR

Alex heads up SSR’s CEI group, bringing over 34 years of experience in the transportation industry. As a seasoned Construction Manager, he leverages his extensive knowledge of TDOT’s processes and personnel to successfully lead some of the largest CEI projects across Tennessee. Before joining SSR, Alex served as a Project Supervisor for TDOT in Region 4 for 15 years, where he managed a field office with 22 staff members.

Earl is a Senior Vice President and Garver’s Director of Field Services with 31 years of engineering experience, leading the firm’s construction engineering, inspection, and survey practices. Earl has worked with major clients across the U.S., including the Arkansas Department of Transportation. He is also experienced in program management, traditional project delivery, and alternative project delivery.

Benton Rudolph

James Gregg, PE

James is a Vice President and Bridge Sector Manager with a focus on delivering transportation projects across the United States. His experience includes highway and rail bridge/structures projects involving bridge construction management and inspection, bridge design, NBIS inspection, rating, and rehabilitation of non-complex and complex structures such as long-span trusses, movable, and cable-stayed bridges. James also has experience with alternative project delivery methods including Design-Build, Public Private Partnerships (P3s), and erection engineering.

Pete M. Munilla

Nick Taylor, PE

SSR

Nick is a Construction Manager with extensive experience managing large CEI contracts for both LPA and TDOT projects. He began his career with TDOT as a Graduate Transportation Associate (GTA) and later served as an Operational Specialist in Region 4. Since joining SSR in 2007, Nick has managed several high-profile projects, including the $25 million Wolf River Boulevard Connector and the $113 million I-40/I-240 Interchange Modifications.

Ben Bunge

Blake Martin, PE, CFM

Blake is a Vice President and Garver’s Field Services Central Director. He is currently the resident engineer for ARDOT’s 30 Crossing Design-Build project, which consists of two new Arkansas River bridges as well as widening I-30 through downtown Little Rock and North Little Rock. Over the last 10 years, Blake has served as an extension of the ARDOT staff for the Connecting Arkansas Program managing several construction projects from a district level.

John is a Vice President at Fisher Arnold and leads the firm’s Transportation Division which includes the CEI and Roadway Design Divisions. John is currently the CEI Project Manager on the TDOT I-55 at Crump Interchange Project that the America’s River Crossing Project will tie to and has gained valuable knowledge of the I-55 project area and community over the last two years of leading the project. In 30 years at Fisher Arnold, John has managed many TDOT Roadway Design and CEI projects for the firm.

And Neal Garver was ARDOT's first bridge engineer and his work touched hundreds of the state's bridges, including the Memphis-Arkansas Bridge that opened in 1949.
